Hiring Our Heroes

During the 6 and 12-week programs, interns receive hands-on workforce experience, professional development and education, networking opportunities, and access to hiring events. The program allows interns to build their civilian work experience with the goal of hiring.

Internship Testimonials

How we have helped our mentees.

My intern experience with Accel Innovation Corporation (AIC) was amazing. Dean Hoffman helped me build my brand and become marketable in the government contracting industry. Additionally, Mr. Hoffman allowed me to take lead on several occasions with clients and plan events. Thank you AIC!

Royce Barber

Project Manager & Psychological Operations Consultant Intern

My internship was great! The Army is really an insulated environment and the internship allowed me to develop business skills necessary for the corporate environment. The internship set me up for a successful transition in that it allowed me to network and develop a brand in a way that would never have been possible on my own. Dean's network is vast and he has a contact for everything and everyone.

The most useful part of the internship was Dean's mentorship. He imparted on me how to leverage my Army experience to analyze business opportunities. Additionally the internship was better than most in regards to flexibility. If I had problems I needed to take care of at my unit, Dean was understanding and afforded me the time to resolve those issues.
