Hiring Our Heroes
Hiring Our Heroes (HoH) is a nationwide initiative to help veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses find meaningful employment opportunities. During the 6 and 12-week programs, interns receive hands-on workforce experience, professional development and education, networking opportunities, and access to hiring events. The program allows interns to build their civilian work experience with the goal of hiring.

Army Career Skills Program
The U.S. Army Career Skills Program (CSP) affords Soldiers retiring and separating from Active Duty service the opportunity to transition into the civilian workforce smoothly.
For up to six months before leaving Active Duty service, soldiers have the opportunity to participate in an internship of their choosing. The program allows service members to enhance their skills and civilian workforce experience through their selected company.

AIC is proud to offer a dynamic and enriching college student internship program. Designed to provide valuable hands-on experience and foster professional growth, our program offers an immersive and collaborative environment for aspiring individuals to explore their potential.
