Who We Are
We are a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that provides Business and Management Consulting Services, as well as a Channel Partner for various military and commercial solutions. Our unique blend of Special Operations and Defense Acquisition experience allows our robust team to strategically approach any problem and equip our partners to reach their maximum potential.
Our Story
Prior to launching Accel Innovation Corporation (AIC) in 2021, COL (Ret.) Dean M. Hoffman IV, AIC’s Founder and President, spent more than 30 years in the U.S. military. With over two decades of federal procurement and acquisition experience, he noticed a critical gap between industry capabilities and unmet government requirements. Upon retiring from the military, he built AIC to bridge the gap between innovative technology and the government. After only a few months in operations, Dean quickly realized this framework was working. This newly built infrastructure rapidly began matching industry capabilities with government requirements, benefiting both parties.
AIC’s traction in government and industry quickly allowed Dean to pursue his second passion: helping transitioning service members. He began assembling a team of top tier special operators and defense Subject Matter Experts (SME) from across the Federal Government that wanted to give back to their organizations. The team’s expertise, coupled with a commitment to equip warfighters with the best resources, created an unstoppable team of product champions.
