Peter Jacobs
Consultant Intern
My internship was great! The Army is really an insulated environment and the internship allowed me to develop business skills necessary for the corporate environment. The internship set me up for a successful transition in that it allowed me to network and develop a brand in a way that would never have been possible on my own. Dean's network is vast and he has a contact for everything and everyone.
The most useful part of the internship was Dean's mentorship. He imparted on me how to leverage my Army experience to analyze business opportunities.
Additionally the internship was better than most in regards to flexibility. If I had problems I needed to take care of at my unit, Dean was understanding and afforded me the time to resolve those issues.

My intern experience with Accel Innovation Corporation (AIC) was amazing. Dean Hoffman helped me build my brand and become marketable in the government contracting industry. Additionally, Mr. Hoffman allowed me to take lead on several occasions with clients and plan events. Thank you AIC!

Reflecting on my internship with AIC, I am extremely grateful and appreciative for the incredible experience. Transitioning from Active Duty to the civilian workforce is a huge step, & this internship and Dean Hoffman’s mentorship played a pivotal role in shaping my transition.
From the moment I started working with AIC, I was warmly welcomed into an amazing culture. The camaraderie, support, and genuine enthusiasm for collaboration among the team members were truly remarkable. While working with the team and their clients, I had the privilege to learn from some of the brightest and most passionate professionals in a variety of industries. Their expertise and willingness to share their knowledge had a profound impact on my personal and professional growth.
This internship also served as a springboard for building a robust professional network. I actively engaged with colleagues, partners, AIC’s clients, and attended networking events, which significantly broadened my horizons. My internship with AIC was an incredibly enriching and transformative experience. I concluded the internship with a profound sense of readiness to embrace the challenges of the civilian world.

UAS Program Management Intern
AIC’s skillbridge internship was an amazing experience, and was the highlight of my transition from the military. You won’t find an internship like this anywhere else, no other program offers what AIC can. The team was inspiring, and their network was beyond impressive. The AIC team has some heavy hitters, which made the experience so special. The opportunities that came from the internship were abundant. Dean’s mentorship is genuine. Dean treated me like family, and I’m grateful for everything he did for me. True to his word, he ensured I came out the other side successful, and I thank him and AIC for it.

Use this space to promote the business.
